BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Retreat dates: 16–20 April 2027

Location: The Yellow House, Higuera de la Sierra, Andalucía, Spain

Please read these Booking Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your place on The Healthy Love Retreat.

By completing your booking and ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

  1. YOUR RETREAT BOOKING

Your booking is for The Healthy Love Retreat taking place from 16–20 April 2027 at The Yellow House, Higuera de la Sierra, Andalucía, Spain.

Your retreat includes:

• Four nights’ accommodation

• An ensuite bedroom, either private or shared depending on the option purchased

• Food provided as part of the retreat

• Group coaching and retreat sessions

• Planned retreat activities and experiences

• Use of the property’s facilities during the retreat

Flights, transport to Spain and transport to the Retreat are NOT included unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. YOUR TRAVEL TO THE RETREAT

You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own travel to and from the Retreat.

This includes:

• Flights

• Travel to and from airports

• Transfers to the Retreat

• Passports

• Visas or other entry requirements where applicable

• Travel insurance

Sam Morris/The Healthy Love Retreat is not responsible for ensuring that you board or arrive in time for your flight, train, transfer or any other transport to the Retreat.

If you miss, cancel or are unable to take your flight or other transport, this does not automatically entitle you to a refund of your Retreat booking.

You are responsible for allowing sufficient time for your journey and ensuring you have all documentation required to travel.

If you experience a travel delay, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we know when to expect you.

  1. ARRIVAL TIMES

PAY-IN-FULL GUESTS

Guests who have paid their Retreat investment in full at the time of booking can arrive from 12:00pm on Friday 16 April 2027.

As an additional pay-in-full benefit, you will be invited to join us for our Welcome Lunch on arrival day.

Your pay-in-full package also includes your private 60-minute Retreat Integration Session with Sam, as described at the time of booking.

PAYMENT-PLAN GUESTS

Guests booking using the instalment/payment-plan option can arrive from 4:00pm on Friday 16 April 2027.

Please do not arrive at the property before your applicable arrival time unless this has been agreed with us in writing beforehand.

  1. DEPARTURE

The Retreat ends on Tuesday 20 April 2027.

Your final departure/check-out time will be confirmed before the Retreat.

You are responsible for arranging your own onward travel.

  1. PRIVATE ROOM PRICING

PAY IN FULL — £1,200 PER PERSON

This includes:

• Your own ensuite bedroom

• Four nights’ accommodation

• Food included within the Retreat

• Retreat coaching, activities and experiences

• Arrival from 12:00pm on 16 April

• Welcome Lunch

• Private 60-minute Retreat Integration Session with Sam

PAYMENT PLAN — £1,250 PER PERSON

The payment-plan price reflects the additional transaction and administration costs associated with processing multiple payments.

A £100 initial payment secures your booking, followed by the agreed instalment schedule.

Your entire Retreat balance must be paid no later than 1 March 2027.

  1. SHARED ROOM PRICING

PAY IN FULL — £800 PER PERSON

The shared-room price is available where two paying Retreat guests occupy one bedroom.

Each guest books and pays separately.

PAYMENT PLAN

Where a payment plan is offered for a shared-room booking, the total price and instalment schedule will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Your full balance must be paid no later than 1 March 2027.

YOUR ROOMMATE

When booking a shared room, you will be asked to nominate the person you intend to share with.

Your nominated roommate must make their own booking.

A shared-room booking is conditional upon two paying guests sharing the room.

If your nominated roommate cancels or does not complete their booking, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Depending on availability, these may include:

• Nominating another person to share with you

• Sharing with another Retreat guest where both guests agree

• Upgrading to a private room and paying the applicable difference

• Another reasonable arrangement agreed between us

We will not place you into a shared room with another guest without discussing this with you first.

If not suitable shared room mate is found and you do not intend to upgrade to a private room, your place will be cancelled and balance retained.

If I can resell your room, then you will be partially refunded, not including your deposit.

  1. PAYMENT PLANS

When you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to purchase the FULL Retreat place, not simply making a standalone £100 payment.

Your £100 initial payment secures your place and forms part of the total Retreat price.

By booking on a payment plan, you authorise the agreed instalments to be collected according to the payment schedule shown to you at booking.

All outstanding balances must be paid by 1 March 2027.

If a scheduled payment fails, we will contact you and give you a reasonable opportunity to bring the payment up to date.

Continued failure to make agreed payments may result in your booking being cancelled.

  1. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL

We understand that circumstances change.

If you wish to cancel your Retreat place, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Any cancellation charge or amount retained will reflect costs, commitments and losses reasonably incurred as a result of your cancellation, taking into account any costs we are able to avoid or recover and whether your place can reasonably be resold.

Where the £100 initial payment represents costs and commitments already incurred in securing and administering your booking, all of it will be retained.

We will confirm the financial implications of your cancellation after considering the timing of the cancellation, costs already committed and whether your place can be resold.

We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance as soon as you book the Retreat, including suitable cancellation cover for your individual circumstances.

  1. TRANSFERRING YOUR PLACE

If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where legally permissible and reasonably practicable, we may allow you to transfer your booking to another suitable person.

This may be subject to:

• Reasonable notice

• The replacement guest accepting these Booking Terms

• Any supplier restrictions

• Rooming arrangements

• Any reasonable additional costs arising from the change

Please do not sell or transfer your Retreat place privately without speaking to us first.

  1. IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL OR MAKE A SIGNIFICANT CHANGE

Very occasionally, circumstances outside our control may require us to make changes to the Retreat.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the timetable, coaching sessions, activities, food arrangements or other elements where necessary, provided the overall nature and quality of the Retreat are not materially reduced.

If we are required to make a significant change or cancel the Retreat, your rights and the options available to you will be communicated to you and dealt with in accordance with applicable UK consumer and travel law.

We will not exclude or restrict any statutory rights you have which cannot legally be excluded.

  1. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that every guest obtains comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking.

Your policy should be appropriate to your personal circumstances and may include:

• Cancellation

• Travel disruption

• Missed departure

• Medical treatment overseas

• Emergency assistance

• Personal belongings

• Activities you intend to undertake

It is your responsibility to check that your chosen policy provides the cover you require.

  1. PASSPORTS, VISAS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

You are responsible for checking and complying with all passport, visa, immigration and entry requirements applicable to you.

Requirements can change.

You should check official government travel information before travelling and again shortly before departure.

We cannot accept responsibility where you are unable to attend because you do not have the appropriate travel documentation or do not satisfy applicable entry requirements, subject always to your statutory rights.

  1. HEALTH, DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES

Because food is included in the Retreat, you must tell us about any dietary requirements or food allergies by the deadline communicated before the Retreat.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements.

If you have a serious or life-threatening allergy, you must tell us before booking so that we can discuss whether your requirements can safely be accommodated.

You remain responsible for managing your own allergies, medications and individual health requirements.

  1. COACHING & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Healthy Love Retreat includes coaching, educational exercises, discussions and personal-development activities.

Participation is always your choice.

The Retreat is not intended to replace medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or other professional healthcare.

You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise or activity is appropriate for you and for communicating if you do not wish to participate in a particular activity.

You may step out of an exercise or session if you need to.

  1. BEHAVIOUR & THE SAFETY OF THE GROUP

We want this Retreat to feel safe, relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.

Guests are expected to treat other attendees, staff, hosts and the property with respect.

We reserve the right to take reasonable action where someone’s behaviour seriously affects the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of other guests.

In serious circumstances, this may include requiring a guest to leave the Retreat.

Any such decision will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

  1. ALCOHOL

Where alcohol is available or guests choose to consume alcohol, you are responsible for drinking responsibly and for your own behaviour.

No guest should feel pressured to drink alcohol.

Non-alcoholic options will be available.

  1. PROPERTY & DAMAGE

Please treat The Yellow House as you would someone’s home.

You may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing property where damage has been caused deliberately or through your negligence, subject to applicable law.

Please report accidental damage as soon as possible.

  1. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

We may take photographs or video during parts of the Retreat.

Your attendance does NOT automatically give us permission to use identifiable images or video of you for marketing purposes.

Where we wish to use identifiable footage or photographs of you for promotional or marketing purposes, appropriate consent will be sought.

You may tell us that you do not wish to appear in photographs or video.

  1. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

You are responsible for your own money, luggage, jewellery, electronic devices and other personal belongings.

Please take sensible precautions with valuables.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.

  1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Events can occasionally occur which neither you nor we can reasonably control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public-health events, transport disruption or other extraordinary circumstances.

If such an event affects the Retreat, we will communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible.

Your rights and our obligations in those circumstances will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

  1. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Booking Terms is intended to remove, reduce or restrict any consumer rights that you have under applicable law.

Where any provision of these terms conflicts with a statutory right that cannot legally be excluded, your statutory rights will apply.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

Before completing your booking, you will be asked to confirm:
