I have wanted to do something like this for ages (everyone knows I promote people meeting people in real life situations).

This is not another workshop.

It's not a retreat where you spend four days being talked at and leave with 78 pages of notes you're never going to look at again.

I wanted to create something where we could actually get away from normal life.

Because it's very easy to say:

It's much harder to actually DO those things when you're in your normal environment, dealing with work, family, dating, rejection and all the other stuff that triggers that old version of you.

So we're leaving normal life behind for four nights.

And we're going to Spain.

This Isn't About Finding You A Partner In Four Days.

Frankly, that would be a slightly unhinged promise (I know I'm good, but probably not that good).

It's about something bigger than that!

Because I'm guessing you don't just want to find any old love?

You probably want to create a life where healthy love fits in.

A life where you trust yourself, where rejection doesn't phase you.

Where you say no without spending hours worrying that you've upset someone.

Where someone pulling away doesn't make you want them more (I've been there multiple times as you know).

A life where your life is amazing whether you're in a relationship or not.

We'll eat there. We'll learn there. We'll laugh there. We'll probably cry there too.

We might sit around in the sun (if the sun's on our side).

And we'll have conversations at dinner that end up being just as powerful as the sessions you've done in the day.

And for four nights, you just focus on YOU.

Imagine Waking Up Here…

No rushing around for work.

No checking your phone to see if someone has replied.

No sitting on Hinge wondering whether you should give that person holding a fish another chance.

You wake up in Spain, have breakfast, maybe sit outside with a coffee.

And then we do some work, together. We'll eat, we'll talk, we'll practice.

There will be activities.

There will of course be coaching.

There will be nervous system work.

And there will also be time for you to do absolutely nothing (if you want to).

Mainly because I don't want you coming home needing a holiday.

Each retreat is always slightly different, as it depends on the personality of the group. If I don't know you already, I will schedule a call to speak about your patterns.

Bring Someone With You

Every bedroom sleeps two. So if you've been reading this thinking...

"I know someone who would love this."

Then bring them.

You'll share the room with your nominated friend. Everything else is the same.

You can pay your deposit and send the link to your friend to pay theirs. Second deposit must be paid within 7 days of you booking.
