So in this episode I stray away from my usual content around mens dating tips and relationship tips for men because I try and help my clients live a good life and part of being a life coach for men, relationship coach etc is making sure that happens. One of the key parts o9f a good life is health, so in this episode I talk about my switch, not to fully vegan or veganism or even vegetarian, but to grass fed meat, organic foods and only wild fish. And I talk about the health implications of what happens when you eat processed food, supermarket meat and non grass fed foods.
