So when I started the podcast I never really knew what I was doing, I just wanted to share my knowledge with the world, to help as many people as possible. But now I know what it is, I know it is time to do an introductory episode as well as address the fact I started off the podcast talking about men and actually my thoughts have helped a lot of women.
