I've done this challenge a couple of times, and every single time, it transforms everything. So I'm doing it again and this time, I hope you're coming with me.
Most people wake up in the morning focused on what's wrong with their life. What's missing. Why they keep attracting the same people. Why they're stuck instead of happy.

Gratitude is how we change that. Not fake positivity. Not pretending everything's perfect. But training your brain and body to notice what's already working...so you stop replaying what isn't.
